:( rns
hello every one,
last night i kept hearing a sneezing noise from bobby, she did the same noise not so long ago but she has started doing it more frequently. so i thought i would bath her to see if there was something in her nares. as i picked her up i noticed her nares to mouth was wet looking. i don't think she had just had a drink as she was asleep, so i presumed it was mucus. im off to the vets on tuesday morning as it seems to me like she has the dreaded RNS is there anything i should be looking out for when i take her to the vets, like no baytril? thank you in advance alice. x

hi alice
ive just had this with amber my redfoot she was given a baytril injection every other day in her leg and then i was givn baytril to use in her nares i also kept her alot warmer than usual but in the last tortoise trust newsletter they were saying not to use baytril for leopards, and suggested something else instead.... someone else will know wat its called!! anyway dont worry, and maybe buy some reptoboost? its good for torts to have a bath with it in for a pick me up

If you have a nebuliser and use F10 that sometimes helps the clear rns.
