It's been so lovely here today...I spent over half of the day in bed with a migraine though.

Imagining G digging up his shelled moles just gave me a giggle though.

Thanks, Suze. I've got what I call my 'migraine hangover' so a nice easy day today. Poldark and Victoria to look forward to this evening.

Oh I think I know what you mean, I used to have lactose intolerance hangovers, a bit washed out. Isn't Sunday a good day at the moment, so much to look forward to 😁

Sundays are great at the moment aren't they? Aidan Turner and Rufus Sewell.

I'm a Victoria fan. Rufus Sewell - mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I think they have over egged Aidan Turner and his body. I watched the original Poldark and loved it, so will stay with those memories.

Hope you feel better emma, I think it is the thunderstorms...the pressure is huge and I do know with pollen it gets pressed down into the earth and that's what everyone is breathing.

I so love Victoria. I love Jenna coleman she is fantastic and isn't the era fascinating. Victoria at 19 was so strong and it showed in her reign. Though I do like Blackadder Queenie too. CB

I don't know who Rufus Sewell is, BUT.......... I don't know how anyone can outshine Aidan Turner 😱

Brought Jerry in today. Tested his lamp on Friday and it blew. Thanks to Amazon I had a replacement delivered yesterday.
Jerry's not overly impressed about being in, hopefully he'll get a bonus day or two outside before winter really kicks in.

He's playing Lord Melbourne in Victoria. Completely miscast though as Melbourne was 40 years older than Victoria and not at all as chiselled as Rufus Sewell but he's very easy on the eye.
He played the builder in Ken Follets Pillars of the Earth, Clare. The book's better but the TV drama was pretty good to watch, mainly for Rufus!

You might have seen him play Charles II a fair few years ago, Suze. Can't remember what that was called but must have been over 10 years ago now.

Brilliant service from Amazon! Have you got Prime? My lot have noticed the change in temperature and were in today too. I'm not sure we're in for an Indian Summer this year now. I think Autumn is well and truly here.
