eating stones and biting toes
Hello all !
I havent been on here for ages , due to my interent not working however its back up and running again - hurray ! With the lovely weather, i've had all three of my horsfields out, and they are loving it however they always seem to be eatigstones that they find why are they doing this, and can it be harmful ? Also the two newest members, love to bite toes and fingers lol - is this just a habit ?? The female likes to bite the two males aswell , she hasnt harmed them and thre always being seperated, but i was just wondering weather she will grow out of this ? kate x

hi katie i have the same probem, my torts are eating each others shells and toenails, or at least they are trying.
Also when i put my finger in there enclosure they bite my finger. one of my torts appears to be injured. |
