3 terrapins in danger

a freind who is local to these drew my attention to this ad on gumtree, asking if anyone could help these before they die, i know nothing about terripins so i though i would post here just in case anyone could help.........shot in the dark i know but you dont know until you try

I've just emailed a guy in Dundee who rescues Terrapins. The owner could try the SSPCA in Edinburgh but they've just started a campaign looking for homes for exotic's in their centre in Balerno.
