Hi,
We need to know how you have him set-up to know whats going on. What are the temperatures of the water and basking spot? How long are your lights on?
What have you been feeding? and most importantly what species of turtle do you have? If you don't know than you can post clear pictures of him and we can try to ID him for you.

Danny

IT’S RED EAR。。。。VERY HARDY ONE。 IF TEMPERATURE DOWN TO APPROX。 15 DEGREE,THEY WILL NOT EAT OR EAT LESS。 THEY CAN HIBERNATE IN THE WINTER (KEEP WET)。 IF YOU COULD TAKE MORE VIV PIC, WE COULD GIVE YOU MORE ADVICE。
