I was wondering if the planted stuff were edible plants, I forgot he has pansy, clover and chickweed too. The leopard eats these + mostly various grasses and the Redfoot eats these with some fruit and now chicken or salmon.
I am asking on here to better my knowledge, I have little to no interest in gardening whatsoever so identifying anything other than the norm is rather hard :S

And as has been said, you can post pictures, but its easier when the plants are in situ, rather than bits of plants:0)

Get yourself a good native plant book compare them to the ones on the tortoise table website and mark off the edible ones then take it with you when out walking and see what you can find.

This book is brilliant I learned loads from it and was a complete beginner with no gardening experience when I first got my tortoises but learned really fast from the book.

Once you can identify a fair few weeds and native flowers, you'll spot them more easily and pick with confidence for your torts. You'll be surprised how much more variety you'll be giving them and if you're like me, how excited you get when you see a new weed growing somewhere, so you can add something else to their diet. I'm quite the weed geek nowadays.

Same here I'm really sad even when we go out in the car I'm always looking at the sides of the road at the weeds lol I get most upset if I spot something and we can't stop to pick it.
