The benefits of a humid hide.
I wish I had not left the forums all those years ago now otherwise my leopard would have looked so much better but anyway 3/4 weeks after being recommended a humid hide here is the progress on the stuck scutes..
You can quite clearly see the first one well established away from the central one and the rear is starting too move away now too

You can also use petrolium jelly on the scute seams that are stuck to get things going even faster.

I used the moss, you know the stuff they use in hanging baskets? You can get it anywhere at the moment, B&Q etc. Try that?

I used hay once and it went mouldy within 2-3 days so I don't use it. I have a damp sponge fixed to the roof inside the hide seems to do the trick

I'm sorry to say this, and I know you want it to be true, but I have looked at your picture, and compared it to one you posted a month ago, and I see absolutely no new growth whatsoever.

I will keep an eye out for the Komodo bedding, the sponge idea sounds great !
My hay has been fine in there been changing it every two weeks its not mouldy in the slightest it's just a light mist I'm adding not soaking through

Just to say, mouldy hay can kill leopards. I have a friend who learnt the hard way, losing three leopards, because the hay went mouldy.
