Oh great i just thought they were a bulb !! (DOH!) lol
and i was worried about keeping it on

i most certainly will be getting a CHE then and all the gadgets as it
seems this is the best way to go

thanks for all your help ..its much appreciated

willow has got up today and saw me peeping at him and literally ran out of his box !! ha ha these have got to be the most unpredicatable amusing
loveable animals ever .......

I think in total the thermostat, bulb and holder came to £42 with postage x

The ones ive been looking at came to £70 with it all

im useless at looking for things and this CHE and thermometer has all seemed daunting to me as im unsure of wattage ect and make ha ha
I needed someone to just say ..this is all the stuff you need ..so i can just get it.

This is a thread where i posted a picture as an example of how the CHE (the black bulb) looks and the ceramic holder, if i remember i think i got the 100watt CHE from ebay for around £10 and the holder was around £8, the thermostat was between £30-£40 cant remember exactly lol.......
