another weed to id please
I seem to be finding a few of these around my garden. it appears to spread itself a bit like spider plants using off shoots (don't know any proportion terminology sorry)

willowherbs I don't think are toxic but they just don't like them

Willowherbs can be fed in moderation ... which is of course no guarantee they'll be eaten. Worth a try though

The Tortoise Table says we can feed in moderation but I think usually keepers say tortoises don't eat them. There are quite a few willowherbs and some of them might be better than others.
I have tried feeding a few leaves of knapweed recently and my torts are not keen on it but it does get nibbled after they pick out the stuff they like first from a mix. It's not toxic but it's not a big sucess here.
