Thanks for all your advice guys, I'll try to drop out some of the pellets and use more leaves - good advice about enough leaves to cover her shell!

I'm relieved to hear she's not hugely obese, it was more the speed at which she put the weight on and her incessant hunger - she'd eat your finger if you put it in front of her!
