The O/P comes from Malta so they are not plants we would necessary be familiar with.
Whilst I cant tell you what species is it, the first has characteristics of a plant in the Nightshade (Solanaceae) family. Most (if not all) have extremely toxic foliage so I would avoid. No idea for number 2, sorry.

I'm not trusting No1 either...but No2's stem seems to be similiar to a succulent plant. I tasted a leave and it tastes similiar to sweet pea (i know its idiotic to taste unknown plants...but its the only way i can tell something about a plant)...i may try to give her a leaf if i have no suggestions

Why risk it? Your tort may eat it, prompting you to feed more. You may do your tort more harm than good. Unless I am 100% certain, I avoid.
