Basking and eating at the same time - sounds like tortoise heaven!
He's certainly very handsome.

he's a very energetic tortoise , whenever he see's me he chases and bites my shoes
I'm setting the THB's outside hide now, hope it will allow me to have them outside all year round. still a few doubts about the next hibernation though.. should I do the fridge method or allow them to stay in their future heated hide or not hibernate them at all and move them back indoors late in the year.. a few months to think about it

I have never been brave enough to hibernate outside. I always use the fridge method. Plus it means it is really easy to have a check on them as the tortoise fridge is only in utility room!!
