hi treacle

as long as the weather isnt to cold any age as stated

but be aware of predators cats dogs birds etc you could put a grid or net over the enclosure

in addition to the coldframe they also need an outdoor space around the coldframe

so they can go into the coldframe if they get cold or if it rains heavily

but they need the outside to be able to soak up the uv

uv does not penetrate the glass or plastic on coldframes

This is what I paid for mine, but it was very reduced in a christmas sale quite drastically Mine is also a wooden frame. What material was the rest of the coldframe, was it glass or some sort of plastic, polycarbonate etc?

Thanks Darren for clariifying mate.

I was wondering if they still sold torts. I was certainly a fluke that Dug came to them, bet they didnt realise how rare and special she was nor the other person I brought her off either.
