ipods

hi does anyone on here have an ipod video and a windows comp/laptop which they can put dvds onto itunes then put it over onto there ipod? if you do what program do you use? as i bought my boyfriend an ipod vid 4 xmas and we still can't put dvds onto it through his windows vista laptop and now my dads thinking about getting an ipod touch because i got one today and he likes it but he also has windows vista, i have an apple laptop so it's alot easier for me.

Here you go, this has been discussed here before, i use cucusoft software, i paid for mine but its so fast and has many useful features i do not regret it.

thankyou, I'll try that. i was getting so frustrated because i tried asking on the apple forum and all they would say is if we are talking about coying a dvd to an ipod we cannot discuss this because it is copyright, and told them it's abit pathetic since copying a dvd to your ipod is just the same as copying a cd to your ipod and whats the point in having an ipod vid if you can't put vids on

so I decided to ask here as I knew I would get a much more helpful and sensible answer. by the way they never replied to me after i asked the difference between copying a cd to an ipod and copying a dvd to an ipod.

right got the videora programme on put meet the fockers in and i am really struggling to convert it, can anyone tell me in a dummies version of how to use it please.
