Default hubbys pigeons

had a real shock this morning hubby is giving up pigeon racing a man is coming to collect his 24 ft shed today hes keeping his original birds he started with was only speaking about this yesterday well he has sold his shed for £200 which i was a bit mad at as it cost over £1000 all kitted out with boxes and has given 30 old birds away and 70 young birds going to be really strange going up the garden and the shed not there but gives me more room for me torts but when he comes at 12 my torts wll have to come in as i dont want them to be squashed as they take the shed down and rather people not now there outside during the day dont want them stolen

My Dad keeps promising to reduce his number of birds. He has been saying it for years.

Last time I visited his lofts every nest box had a fluffy yellow chick in it lol

he has kept his original ones he started with its weird going up the garden and the big shed no longer there hes finihed racing to much hassle and greed in the sport now theres a lot of top flyers in there, there more intrested what they can take out the club,They have a brilliant secetary when the club was nothing he paid all race money out his own pocke £50 per race then now club pays £125 per race and nom money is around £300 now but none of the members will do anything and its left to the same people all th time and hes had enough
