Thanks all, this clutch if you remeber contained 10 eggs of which only 4 where fertile .
Freda was originally a hand in x pet who had lived a long life all alone for 45 yrs its great to have some offspring from her, she has another clutch of 10 due in a few weeks which only two are fertile D |

I should of added that Freda was known to lay eggs as a single tortoise for many of the years she lived in her previous home and I wouldn't subject a elderly female to male interests until I was sure she was in fit enough condition to become gravid D |
