A giant tortoise!!
This isn't my tortoise! But I used to volenteer at a animal refuge before I left for Uni.
I absolutley fell in love with Martha the Toroise and would alway volenteer to feed her and clean out her home. Would any body be able to tell me what species she was? Also would it be possible to estimate age? These are the only pics I have. She is wonderful and was so friendly. As soon as I walked in her enclosure she would wonder over and expect a little conversation and a nice stroke! This is to show how big she was in comparison to my foot, UK sixe 5!
