yes 100%,needs to be in sellers name,will cost £25 to get it changed,the licence is only valid for the seller

well i going too put her up for rehoming as i just want her too have a loving a forever home so if anyone that things they could have please let me know but i also dont want her too go to someone who hasnt got any tortoise

can i just ask why you want to part with her, spurs make great pets they have a great personality compared to hermanns.

i have hermans and you cant keep spurs and hermans together can you ? she seems very shy too me where as hermans anit as shy as her you think spurs make a better pet do you have spurs

yes i have15 adult spurs and 6 hatchlings at the moment,i also keep hermanns, yours could be shy because you have not had her long enough to settle in

Is this the one that's involved in the 'mix up' on RFUK, appparently, if its the one, the buyer asked for a hermans and discovered they'd been given a spur with spur papers when they got it home, theres confussion over whether its the shop that made the mix up or the buyer, even if its a spur and the just the wrong paperwork was given, either way I thought the tort was going to be returned to the shop? It seems a bit early to sell/rehome the tort as surely it would be needed if the shop is in the wrong and the buyer is going to take matters further, at the moment it would seem that the shop won't exchange the tort etc.
