Outdoor Enclosure, Raised log border
Hi,
I'm converting an area of my garden currently used as a raised flower bed for my torts outdoor enclosure. It already has this log roll edging around it but it won't be tall enough for the tort enclosure walls. Does anyone know where you can buy this sort of edging that's fairly tall the tallest I've seen so far is 45cm, Preferably I'd like around 60cm (or more) as I'd like to give the torts a nice deep layer of t |

I don't think I've ever seen if higher than 18" unless you made your own!
How about a picket fence - obviously it has gaps in it, but if you were to put up two lengths out of alignment (as it were) the gaps would be covered. |

I think log roll is very easy to knock down, i know my torts would demolish a log roll wall but then again i have got horsfields lol, i agree a picket fence would be a bit stronger x

There are gaps between the logs that the tort can see through and also get it's claws caught if climbing. I had a small area of log roll in my enclosure and my tort climbed out using the grip he got from the gaps.

I use picket fencing arranged so there are no gaps and this works well.
