I sent my A10's off with the number of the chips on as they do take a while to come back from the variouse trace and track suppliers, a nice lady from Defra phoned me up just to ask when I got my tortoises as I missed that bit off the form, and I did ask her about the fact I have not received the paperwork back for the micro chips yet and she said it was fine as she had the micro chip numbers I supplied her. She did say about the fact they are charging from next month so I got mine in just in time. It was one of those jobs I kept putting off but glad I have done it now

Heya, i work for Petlog, the biggest chipping database in the UK. do you know what database you're with? I could be sneaky and have a look at work if you wanted to pm the chip number to me? But rule of the thumb with ours is it takes about 3 days to reg from recieving it, then it's sent out via 2nd class post a day after reging it.. so can take up to 2 weeks sometimes!
Glad I can finally put my expertise to the test! |
