Bezmyster, the substrate is coir. http://www.fertilefibre.com/shop/pro...products_id/49 I know I will get told off for using this , but personal circumstances make it difficult for me to get out to the shops very often, and so this has been perfect because it can be delivered. I find it's soft, non-dusty, hygenic, warm and works well both damp and dry. Anna |
