Seems like a lot of hard work why dont you look out for a free metal greenhouse they are always around and if you have some glass you are half way there.
You could always go walkabout and see if you can see ant greenhouses in gardens that look unused and ask if they are wanted, the amount of gardens i have worked in over the years that have one falling apart they never use is quite common |

Yeh seems like hard work to me too lol, I think ill keep my small greenhouses as polycarbonate and screw them to the sheds so they don't blow over to Scotland haha x
