Torty found Hesketh Bank Lancashire
Hi All
Met a young man at weekend (friend of son's girlfriend) who found a torty about 3months ago in Hesketh Bank (near Southport), Lancashire. He has advertised around locally but no claimers. He was worried that he wasn't looking after it properly, but he seems to be 90% there & if the owner isn't found, I think it has claimed itself a new one. I've suggested he visit the forum for more info, advice etc. The torty is apparently about 10ins (so not a baby), possibly a Hermans (tho I haven't seen it myself) & he thought it was a girl, but from description may more probably be a boy. I have his contact 'phone for anyone who may know of the owner. The tort does have some distinguishing marks but I've told him to keep them to himself, to be sure no-one tries to wrongly claim it (accidentally or otherwise). |
