Rns
I'm just wanting know a little more about RNS. What are the main causes of RNS? Is it bacterial or viral? Can this infection be avoided? or are all torts just prone to this and it is just oe of those things? Any more information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Stephen, I've heard Runny Nose Syndrome can be caused by stress. Tunisian Spur Thighs are prone to get it when stressed.

Hi Stephen,
I think this will help answer your questions: http://www.home.earthlink.net/~rednine/RNS.html I have a leopard tortoise so read up about this as they are really prone to it. Cheers Sara |

My mum said she thought Leo's were prone to it, but I didn't write that as I wanted to be sure.

Thanks folks. Information very useful. Basically this is something that all torts are susceptible to, where stress and environment are the controlling factors. Stephen
