My horsfeild tortoises under their hide is all soil to dig in My leopard tortoise

No they don't, most live on soil, grass is usually damp. Probably won't have that problem indoors though. You do need a deep layer of soil for the horsfields, as digging is what they do best

grass for your sully and leopard is a good idea but I'm not sure about all over, maybe half the table and only a bit for the horsfeild, I don't even know if horsfeilds eat grass but the others certainly do. I have grass growing in my sully's table but it doesn't do very well, it seems to do better in her greenhouse, it survives inside but doesn't thrive. I think its the lack of natural light (can't think what else), they are lovely tables but do give the horsfeild some bare soil so it can dig.

I made the mistake of putting ready grass in mine once it got white mold on it, had to change all there houses within a couple of days was a pain.
