We're making progress, she managed to get down the ramp today but not back up it when she got cold. I came home from work about 1 o'clock and found her asleep in the upturned plant pot.

It is a stone with a name painted on it ! simples so she has a name plaque of sorts or name her house with a name stone. You can use any type of paint or tint as a base then paint something on top.

that's a conundrum! I think this year I will placing mine out earlier and letting them decide if they want to sit in the rain or under their cloche out of it - its a difficult period out of hibernation and waiting for the warmth. ! good job for upturned plant pots I say ! CB

Probably a silly question, sure im wrong!
But are you sure shes a Herman? Looks similar to a spur thigh Ibera to me??

Lovely new house by the way. They do hate change, so probably just needs a bit of time to adjust

That's what I was thinking, but thought better of saying anything in case I got it wrong, and looking stupid.

I'm not sure no, we took her in when she was about 2 years old, she belonged to a member of my family before that and they didn't know. I asked on a forum when I got her and was told she's a Hermann, so I've just always gone along with that.
