Thats very sad, I hope no unscrupulous people manage to get any. So dissapointing for older people who thought they would have a home for life.

Hi Lyne, this was a older person who called me and she had owned Fred(he is a girl) the tortoise for 55 years before handing him in, he has had a great life there but has to leave there very soon he has rns and has been attacked by a badger in younger years so guess where she is going Lynne??? and ideas i think hubby war will be going on again LOL.

Oh well done Melanie! yes ive had 4 new torts recently. He doesnt mind the torts too much its the fact im keeping them seperate, hence lots of outdoor homes for quarantine purposes & cant just "bung em in the new enclosure" that bugs him lol!!

Hi Yes , all the tortoise have been rehomed, the turtles have gone too, most of the tortoises have gone back to there previous owners. most of there reptiles have been rehomed too not sure about furries .

Been there today to pick up Malayan box turtles that are going to the living rainforest, and a couple of north American box turtles too.
Good news, all of their Terrapins, which included seven adult Red eared Sliders and four Cooters, have also been re homed at the Blue reef Aquatic centre in Portsmouth. |

Yes i think so most have gone back to old owners if they wanted them back, even all the turtles have found good homes iam not sure about any other animals
