My dad had a Ford Zepher. Me and my brother used to sit in the front seat when we were small and dad would drive us around. No seatbelts then lol.
And my second car was a Capri - wow it was yellow with a black roof
Yep the good old days!

My favourite is Fairytale of New York, closely followed by Driving home for Christmas

Lol...crap cars of the 70's and 80's ruled.
My Dad, always such a tight wad...never was one for buying flash cars. I remember he had a Morris Marina (was it?), a gross purple THING - a brown Ford Cortina (lol...) and a Vauxwagen Passat (with the big boot). He totalled the Passat, some idiot drove into him years and years ago. Since ...and this is his latest car, he got a Toyota Cellica K REG!!! Not the new K Reg...back before, the OLD K Reg!! And its still not having things go wrong with it.
See what I mean...tight wad but also quite brilliant!! (xxxlove you Dad! xxx)
