Question indian star

Hi everyone

I fell in love with an indian star they have in my local pet shop, but due to a few factors, price and bad condition i wont buy her.

However it has made me want one.

So what are the basics of looking after them.

I'm used to hermanns so need educating before i buy.

What was the price of the Star?

There is one breeder that I know of that is consistant... Darren Langford.

I think Sarah has produced them on occasion.

Once established they have interesting personalities. The first year for a hatchling can be difficult. Imports usually do not make it but, again, once you past the first year... they can be no different than a captive born.

best buy from a UK breeder i'd highly recommend andy1.

you already have a start by keeping torts before.

Read as much on them as possible. Andy has a good care sheet if you ask him sure he wiil email it to you (look on classified ads page and email him)and there is also a book by Jerry fife (you can buy of ebay usa) thats really informative.
