The new budgies.
Hmm, I think they are both hens. The yellow one definitely is and I'm pretty sure the blue one is too. The blue one has a very dirty head, they were both in a room where 2 people smoked.

They are very sweet Bet they will be happy once they get out in the aviary - more nest boxes needed?

They are just gorgeous and look to be quite young still. I'm very taken with the blue one, it's such a striking colour.

She'll be even better when she's clean. I have renamed her Opal and the yellow one Citrine. Opal belonged to a lady who died and her grandson took her to our local pet shop where the lady I got her from got her. Not sure how old she is. Not sure about Citrines past.

I had a budgie like the blue one when I was little he was lovely. My dad taught him to talk a bit :0)

The yellow one does look like a female, but the blue one looks like a male out of breeding condition Wendy. They do look nice though

They are both hens Danny, had it confirmed by a breeder. I'd stick to sexing torts if I were you Danny.

a light spraying with some luke warm water will smarten them up no end.
