I know this sounds stupid, but has anyone ever tried a whole vegetable based protein, like tofu?

How about beanspouts? (Please note, I'm not intending this diet for my soon-to-arrive Hermann, I'm just curious! )

Ingrid it needs to be an animal based protein that you feed Redfoots.
I feed protein once a week, usually worms, but sometimes snails.
