Coldplay gig
Went to see Coldplay in Manchester last Sunday, can't tell you how amazing it was.
Best bit was they handed out wristbands on entry, which lit up in various colours when the band came on Have a look at the vid here, it was an awesome sight to see an arena lit up in colour http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtQg21gQ9tk

WOW just imagine what it feels like to walk out onto the stage and see that, I've never been to a concert or gig as you call them, I did see Status Quo by that was outside in a park. I wish I'd seen Simply Red but the hubby isn't into that sort of thing and we're only 5 mins from the NEC

I bet it was amazing! We saw Muse a couple of years ago and although I wouldn't have classed them as a favourite band (we were lucky to see them for free), the special effects and lights were amazing and the concert changed my mind about their ability and music.
I love the atmosphere! We had a great vantage point to watch everyone rocking and enjoying themselves.

Coldplay were on the X Factor tonight. It looked as if the audience had on the wristbands you described. Very effective!
