hi, cough cough excuse the spelling...
i thought that sandy but its not coming off, i gave it 2 baths last night.. err i havnt got loads, 8 now, 3 spurs, 4 hermans, 1 horsefield the horsefield is on foster for now, but i think it might end up staying i dont look for torts to be rehomed, all but 2 found their way to me, i guess its cos i take in other animals, i think in the next few months there are going to be lots of torts looking for new homes, people have bought them on a whim and are now finding that they cant afford them or as they get older they cant stand the banging against the vivs they have them in in the last 2 months i have also been offered 5 different hermans, but the people were wanting to sell them to me, and as much as i wanted to help, i cant afford to buy them all i am also predicting that there will be a lot of suculas soon, they were sold willie nilly by a pet shop without telling people how big they were going to get... |

thanks, i must get round to photos, lol, i am to lazy to learn how to upload
one of my older ones is a really bad eater, i do resort to chopping up "naughty foods" and sprinkling on top of the stuff i want him to eat, i am not expecting this one to eat for a few days, its been fed on bananas and oranges amongst other things, its shell is ok, its just really skinny think she going to be called "storm" as we went out in a right one to get her |

I cant think of anything else white they would eat normally:0)
It could be something they shouldnt have had, although I cant think of anything white they would eat.

i dont think its food sandy, its her skin thats white, i tried to wash it off, it may be somthing to do with lack of vits
she has slept for nearly 24hrs now, apart from her soaks and just seems completley drained i will give her a couple of days to settle and may take her for a vet check |
