Hi all,

I have just had a long chat with joanna on facebook and she is feeling really down and feels as though she cant post on here how she is feeling as she reckons she is always moaning!

She is having a hard time with her ex as he is always around her house as he is a friend of the family and she doesnt want him there but family wont listen and want her to get back with him!

Her uncle has just been diagnosed with bowel cancer only a year after she lost her other uncle to lung cancer!

She isnt working at the moment and hasnt any friends where she is, so can we all give her our support please and tell her she isnt the only one to have felt this way in her life as i know i have been thru problems and felt alone too as have many of us on here have no doubt!

hope we can cheer her up and make her realise she isnt alone and she has people who do care about her even tho we are miles apart!

Oh,Jo,you're not alone!You're having a hard time at the moment and I hope everything goes well for you at the end.I don't know you personally but you seem to be really wonderful person.And we at SW are your friends!

I agree with what everyone has said here Jo, you are not alone.
Many people here may not know you personally but can empathise with you and how you feel.
So don't feel alone we are here for you and remember we all have a special bond, our tortoises and our love of them and thats what makes us like people even if we do not know them and know they are special.

Keep your chin up, this will pass and all will be well

Yes, Joanna is a valued member of the forum and I hope she has better times soon. I've certainly never thought her to be moaning at all.

Just a thought though freakinmental, if Jo was aware that you have posted that personal info on here, it is a public forum available to the whole world to see

I spoke to Jo yesterday and only being a member for that day I found her immediately fun and a nice person to talk to, I hope she comes back soon because she is a wonderfull person who is pateint enough to listen to me being nutty XD.

Thanks everyone....
Last night i think i upset my X big time, so hopefully he's gone now.
He went to the pub with my 18yr old sister then decided to text my mum to say shes sleeping over his in the spare room!!! mum went nuts n he brought her home...I was mega angry and i went off one one. He HAS to come to the party on friday with my family BUT then he goes on holidays...so he better not come bk after that!

Anyway thanks guys....what you have said means a lot to me
