Found hermans tortoise
A hermans tortoise has been found in Lingfield Surrey , he is an older animal perhaps 40+

Does he have a microchip? It may be worth taking him to the vets for a scan. Other than that, I know of no one who has lost a tortoise.

Yes, it is required in certain species that need papers in order to obtain certificates for any hatchlings.
