with claws and beak like that I thought it was poss one of the owl family but just guessing I think Kim might be right with the vulture but do they have claws as sharp as those?

Going to be a big bird as the feet are so large (or that's a camera trick ) I'll guess at golden eagle Although something is screaming at the back of my mind that's too ugly to be an eagle, perhaps condor or something bigger like that???
