Size might depend on what age your tort is - a hatchling, then a smallish table is fine, but if he/she is 2-3 years or older then you might want something bigger. They like to have space to roam about - it also means having more room to house the table in. xx SW Shop sell some as well. If you find your table is quite big, and perhaps a bit dark - then think about adding a low-dose uva/uvb strip such as a repti sun 2.0, that together with a good combined heat/uv bulb - might be a nice little set up. Just my opinion - if enough light comes in the enclosure then you may not need the additional strip. Again, this is only something I have done, possibly some others - see what others have said and weigh up all the options as after all its what you think, and what works for you and torty. xx Good luck

Thanks Yuna I have found a new 4ftx2ft table with stand for £59.99 and that seems to be the best priced one of that sort of size I've found as yet. Thanks for the tip with the lighting it should be ok as he/she will be in our main room which is quite light anyway but will deffo get a strip if it turns out to be a bit dark for tort. I must say you've all been very helpful, I did join another forum before I joined here and they weren't half as helpful so THANKS again x
