Me again... Guys, I just found the box for the clamp lamp & holder. I was right. It can only hold upto 60w for a spot or heat emitter, so I guess its no good if I do buy a ceramic heater....
I have the 5.5inch one...its the other one I will need. This one: http://www.bluelizardreptiles.co.uk/...s/097612321005 This one can hold up to 250w. Should I go for a 150w heater or lower?? I think I would still be able to fix this to the small lamp stand too....?? Last edited by yuna1971; 14-09-2010 at 07:23 PM. |

So how did folks non-hibernating go?
I did a few months cool down and then ran the heaters 24/7 so that the room temp was around 20c. So I essentially brumated Spike rather than hibernated. He came out of it with an appetite to die for and has piled on the weight since coming the heat was increased. I hope that every one elses went well.
