Just seen this on ebay!!
Just came across this listing on ebay....the way I read it they are trying to sell the tortoise aswell???

Does seem very strange. He says except the tortoise, then explains that yellowfoot torts don't sleep half the year. I think he has done that to enable the advert to go up, as I'm sure they are not allowed to sell animals on ebay.

Gosh - that sounds like a nice person - NOT. I hope the tort in the picture hasn't been living in that viv - barely room to turn around No idea exactly what is being sold. Maybe someone will ring to find out?

I have reported it to ebay.
He is trying to sell the tortoise too, as " they are an ideal christmas present for the kids, plus they don't need batteries"

I reported a pet shop trying to sell leopard tortoises on eBay a few weeks ago. You'd be surprised how many live animals are sold on eBay though, many disguised as live foods when they clearly aren't.

well done guys for spotting this ad and reporting it, as a shop owner on ebay im always on the watch for this kinda stuff and always report them myself too, usually ebay are good at shutting down with couple of hours of reporting.
