Plant Identification (and post) Help....

Hi,

I have found some plants in my garden that I am trying to identify. I think I have found some of the plants in The Tortoise Table book but not all of them.

Problem is I am unable to attach the photos to my post can anyone tell me how to do this, I have looked on the FAQ's and that says something about a manage attachment button on the bottom of the message box but I can not find this anywhere!
