Default substrate

hi in phoebes enclosure( he will now be called beau!)
i have loam soil but i found it so dusty ive had to put down towles over it

is potting soil and play sand mix less dusty

Hi,
Maybe a little less dusty, but I find the best way to keep the dust down is to spray the substrate every day or two (and they say that a slightly more moist environment - as long as it's warm moist and not cold moist - also helps to prevent pyramiding).

oh oh , i was keeping the soil bone dry i will spray immediately!!!
ill get sand on tuesday- ps beau isnt dehydrated cause theres always
water in there and he gets bathed 2times a week
