i have just finished reading Duncton Wood, it was a book my dad read along time ago and i remember it sitting on the bookshelf in our old house when i was little, not my usual type of read but i enjoyed it and i'm now trying to find the next one in the series....

I read my first 'proper book' when I was 8, it was The Diary of the Killer Cat by Anne Fine
My fave authors are: Jacqueline Wilson, Bonnie Bryant, Holly Webb, Laura Hill, Sasha McArch and Tracey Brown

If you go to www.allreaders.com you can post a message to your favourite authors.
Tell them what you think about their books etc. I post on the forum from time to time and its great to keep in touch with them.
