Id help please
Hi, any ideas what this is, i looked through the book and it looks similar to some of the thistle but i dont think it is, its quite a deep bluish-purple.

Looks like Cornflower, although the leaves look fuller on that one than the ones I have seen.

Looks like Knapweed to me. Tortoise table says its safe to feed but torts don't find it palatable

hmmmm... it looks the colour of the cornflower but not sure if that is it, and it does resemble the knapweed too but isnt the right colour. Its a tricky one, as soon as i get a fully open flower ill post a new pic

Its either knapweed or cornflower, I'm tending to think more cornflower

I also think your spot on Rowan. Having checked it out in my new wild flower book it is deffo not Knapweed or Cornflower.
