weeds in outdoors enclosuer

Hi hubby is building me a outside enclosuer do I need to grow weeds/plants in there for them to eat or do i just give the food myself daily

Hi yes you can add weeds, you can buy weed seeds and grow your own in the enclosure, go to

they sell a tortoise mix of weed seeds. I also transplanted some from different parts of my garden (make sure no pesticide or weedkiller been used near them) into the enclosure.

You can also buy/grow other edible plants like hosta's, petunia's, sedum, hibiscus, campanula the list is endless!!!!

Here is a pic of my outdoor enclosure taken in the spring not much growing, its full now tho!!!
