Not sure as I get mine through the tortoise group I attend, you can use dilute Iodine if you have that, there may be other suitable stuff that you may already have in the cuboard but I don't know, Burnt toast is good with that sort of thing.
Danny will come along in a minute and say it is something completely different! ha ha

I don't have anything like that in the house (for me or the dog I usually make up a saline solution when needed...)
But there is a pharmacy very close by!

Oh poor little Teabag.
Hope the Tamodine does the trick and she's soon looking better.
It's probably a stab in the dark but there aren't any splinters of wood from the playsticks she could be rubbing herself against are there?

She does almost always sleep under the play sticks and climbs them...

Went to the pharmacy but they don't stock iodine... will look online for some tramodine...

The coco coir is out and she is on some kitchen roll...

Oh dear, poor tea bag, I've got no idea what it could be, sorry can't help. Try and contact Gordon, he might have an idea what it could be.

The shell I can't tell as it could be the coir that stained the area or a bruise or an infection. The leg though does look like an infection. If she were mine I'd have her on a course of antibiotics, topical antibiotic cream for the leg and a dry substrate for now.

Ok well she is on paper now, I have ordered some Tramodine, but guess I need to get her to the vet for antibiotics...
Can I be really cheeky Dan and ask for some advice on antibiotics so I can just take her to the dogs vet (I can walk there which means I can get her seen quicker) she is 27g

Thanks, she is still active and eating, and just saw the paper as a new challenge... I think she is a tough wee nut!

But I am a worrier...
