Lit by 2 x t5 U.V
2 X 250w bulbs (Its cold brrr)
Thermostat - Microclimate EVO
Lots of soil
Carex grasses
grass seed chucked in for borders which grown under uv lights

Here is my hatchling setup. Kind of basic but easy to keep an eye on hatchlings lit by arcadia combi bulb

That's a great indoor/ over wintering enclosure, is it in an out building. Is the whole room heated, looking forward to seeing your summer enclosures.
Less is more when it comes to hatchlings, little fella has got what he needs.

I love your photographs, so flipping interesting on these dark evenings. though I must say your hatchling one made me laugh. I don't know why, suspect such a contrast.

Really good to see other set ups. looks fabulous for them all CB

So nice to see so many photographs.

The set up looks amazing. I like how you have a mound. Is that just a pile of soil?

Of course loved the last photo with the little one.

Thank you, so enjoyed looking through on this cold and wintry night. Spring is coming.....

Thank you all. Yes it's a big mound of topsoil. I use tubular heaters currently.
