Thank you he was lucky to make it as I took it the other week when it was really hot and they were all hanging out panting so I gave them a mist with cold water and put a bag of frozen peas on top of their box to cool it down seemed to work as a few days later they all made it out.

I'm in Salisbury tomorrow for the festival - so will look out for the birds.

Well I recon if you strap a pigeon to your head and walk up and down outside the cathedral you will have a good chance of a close encounter.

I have no idea why Jan has a pigeon strapped to her head, live?

will you turn up to HTS like that - I will recognise you if so ! I just saw some of springwatch and that dead vole down baby mcbaby face has seen better days. I thought it was a gonna until ma stepped in.

No sightings!
Obviously should have tried the pigeon trick - assume they attack them. Thanks Gordon! I have images of The Birds.

HTS - hmmm. Last year I only really met Julie, so will have to think of wearing something a bit different that drops a hint. I must volunteer for something as it is just over a week away now.
