Hi Yvette,
Whats her weight and length and do you have a pic of her carapace from directly above? I'm certain shes a North African, maybe whitei, but just need the above to help me out

Hi Roedeane,
I think your toitoise could be a Gilbert white(Testudo Whitei). I have a larg femail Whitei, she has the same large white spurs on hind legs. Good discription on Tortoise Trust web site under Taxonomy/natural history. Hope this helps. Frank |
