Can someone please tell me what se my spur thighs are. The bigger of the 2 is 11 years old the smaller one is 7 years old

This does not appear to be a spur-thigh, it looks like a Russian tortoise. Can you post a full shot of it?

I would agree with chris looks more like a russian (horsfield).
