Anyone got this book?
Tortoises Terrapins & turtles of Africa by Bill Branch 2nd EDITION
This was recommended to me a while ago, I've only just looked into buying it today. I can't find the 2nd edition anywhere, apparently the covers are the same but its the 2nd edition I'm after. If anyone has this edition, could you post the date it was published, better still the ISBN as I don't want to order the wrong book. Thanks Last edited by joanna; 08-07-2010 at 06:01 PM. |

Hi Joanna,
Try phoning JG Natural History Books: 0208 764 4669 They may have it or be able to get it. Bit outside of my range map. Tortoises in Africa, who'd have thought it eh. |

A good book, but should really have been entitled "Tortoises Terrapins & Turtles of Sub Saharan Africa", as it does not cover North Africa, and the Testudo, Mauremys, and Emys groups that occur there. |
